Earn Code Totals Include Unit Based Earn Codes

Earn Code totals on Invoices now include the unit of measure. Previously, totals by Earn Codes on Invoices didn't include Earn Codes with a Unit of Measure = Unit. This was creating confusion because Earn Code totals did not accurately sum up to the Invoice totals.
